Mesaimeer Pump Station and Outfall Tunnel is the second phase of the Mesaimeer Surface and Ground Water Drainage Tunnel Project, which will provide a sustainable solution for the discharge of surface and storm water.
The Outfall Tunnel construction comprises of a 10km, 3.7m diameter water tunnel driven into the Persian Gulf.
